Mezzanine Floors
Mezzanine flooring can be the cost effective alternative to moving premises. Focus Fabrications offer a wide variety of floors for office, retail or storage uses that are designed to help your company expand.
Staircases & Fire Escapes
Access to a mezzanine depends on the floors usage. A storage floor requires a staircase that conforms to Part K of the Building Regulations Document while an office mezzanine requires a staircase that conforms to Part M. Floors that are to be used by the public such as retail mezzanines, require a public access staircase.
